Accessibility Statement
Accessibility statement model for websites and mobile applications pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1-bis of Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.
6 June 2025
Erredici Srl is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.lacortedeicavalleggeri.com.
Conformance Status
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the non-compliances and/or exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004
• In certain sections of the website, such as the footer or the navigation menu, text may appear small under specific viewing conditions. It should be noted that these elements do not contain significant information and remain legible.
• Some parts of the site feature text with suboptimal visual contrast, such as light grey text on a green background.
• On the table reservation page, some headings are positioned over a background image. Although white text provides some contrast, legibility may still be impaired.
• In the “Takeaway” section, some headings use HTML tags that do not follow a logical order.
b) Disproportionate burden
• With regard to issues A1, A2, and A3, these are considered minor shortcomings that have been sufficiently addressed—albeit not perfectly—to ensure reasonable accessibility with the available tools and solutions in place.
• Regarding issue A4, the HTML code on this page is generated by an external plugin that auto-generates H1, H2, H3, etc., tags and does not allow for manual adjustment. As such, the code may not be fully accessible for certain users.
c) Content not within the scope of applicable legislation
The cookie management section and the informational banner are provided by an external service and may present limitations in terms of accessibility. As these components are not directly customizable, they are excluded from the scope of the applicable legislation. Users experiencing difficulties may contact customer support to receive alternative information.
